NASA to Explore Divergent Fate of Earth’s Mysterious Twin with Goddard’s DAVINCI+

The OSIRIS-REx spacecraft performed its Asteroid Departure Manuever (ADM) today, marking the beginning of its ~2.5 year journey back to Earth. The KinetX Space Navigation and Flight Dynamics team responsible for navigating the OSIRIS-REx spacecraft designed the maneuver, targeting an Earth return date of Sept. 24, 2023.
