Odie has landed!

Yesterday, Intuitive Machines’ IM-1 Odysseus (“Odie”) lunar lander touched down near the South Pole of the Moon, after an exciting week of operations following its launch from Earth on February 15. Several members of the Space Navigation and Flight Dynamics team at KinetX provided IM-1 navigation support remotely and on-site at Intuitive Machines HQ in Houston. More information about KinetX’s orbit determination (OD) and optical navigation (OpNav) support for IM-1 can be found in the press release here. Congratulations to the Intuitive Machines and KinetX teams on an incredible achievement! Ad Astra!
