The KinetX hardware team comprises Systems, Hardware, and Firmware engineers; many have 20+ years of experience in the development of a variety of hardware products and solutions for both ground and space vehicle communications and control systems. The KinetX hardware team has a history of solving some of the most difficult wireless communication challenges; our expertise is based on significant skills in Systems Engineering, RF, Mechanical, Digital, Embedded SW, FPGA/ASIC, and test capabilities. The team's competencies and experiences in wireless communication design are at the forefront of the 3G/4G technology curve supporting CDMA/TDMA/UMTS/iDEN as well as mobile WIMAX systems. KinetX Satellite Payload experience includes subsystem design of on-board processing computers, DSP computer systems, packet switching architectures, payload digital architecture designs, rad-hard ASIC developments, modem designs, sensor management tasks, and other payload functions. KinetX also offers experience in spacecraft and payload integration and assembly processing. Our Mechanical Engineering team provides a full range expert solutions in high end mechanical design and development including, analysis (solid modeling, FA, FEA, thermal and fluid dynamics, shock and vibration), DFM, and 3D-CAD.
